log on screen with tune up utilities

how to change the background when you first log in to your computer. here you can use the software tun up utilities,,
to use the tun-up you have to download it first at www.google.com
after tun upter installed on your laptop or your computer then follow the following ways

You may click the icon named tune up utilities

then click start tuneup utilities as shown on the side

after tuneup open then select customize windows
and choose loon screen then select create new

then select search local drivers

then select the image which we want then click open

then click save logon screen

then enter the name of the sreen  and click ok

and last you may choose your screen and click apply
